Yossy Haezrachy Law firm is a boutique firm which focuses on high scale litigation which demands expertise, fast thinking and creativity.

The firm was established by Adv. Yossy Haezrachy who worked at Cassouto-Noff Law Firm until 2015, then founded Friedman – Haezrachy Law firm which was known as a litigation firm specializing in financial crimes, and among other things, was known for its fight in the Binary Option Industry until it was closed in Israel.

Our office deals with all legal aspect, and the senior partner deals with every case while giving full attention to the clients' needs. Our firm is know for its ability to end legal disputes rapidly and efficiently, to the clients' upmost satisfaction. Thus, despite our target to win every case, we make sure to explain the pros and cons of handling a case to the client as a risk managing strategy for and with the client. Our firm represents Keren Kayemet Le'Israel's Real Estate firm, Himnuta Ltd, in vast Real Estate transactions, and litigation cases of principle and finance.

Founding Partner

Yossy was admitted to the Bar on 2010, after working thru Law school, and after being admitted, at Yehuda Ressler Law Firm. From the day of admission Yossy handled high profiled litigation cases, and among other cases was a partner to the Supreme Court Case in which President Beinish's final ruling had cancelled the Tal Law, obligating Yeshiva Students to enlist to the army.
